In 25+ years, Hiton Fittings Pvt Ltd has made its presence felt worldwide having export operations in more than 85 countries, Today Hiton Fittings is one of the largest manufacturers and exporters of Fitting and Flanges in the world. We have exported our products (Pipe Fittings, Forged Fittings, Flanges, etc.) to more than 1200 customers based across 85 countries spread over 6 continents.
We produces more than 50,000 SKUs in various grades like Austenitic, Ferritic, Martenistic, Duplex and Super Duplex Steel in various specifications and sizes. The core competency of Hiton Fittings lies in its integrated manufacturing facilities which enables it to meet customer specific requirements.
Manufacturing at Hiton
We have complete in house facilities for manufacturing of Butt Weld Fittings & Long Radius, Piggable Bends. For producing above we have Hot Forging/Forming, cold Forging/Forming, Bending, Pressing, Welding, Grinding, Gauging, Handling, Hydraulic Testing, Heat Treatment, Annealing, Shot Blasting, Pickling & Passivation and Anti Rust Coating & Packing Facilities. We also have adopted the innovation process & latest technology machines to manufacture high quality Pipe fittings by installing high frequency Hot Forming Induction Mandrel Plant and automatic Cold Forming machines with electric control. Our products also pass through in Burst testing as per ASTM standard under TPI witness. We also have in house hydro testing facility and offer TPI witness of our Butt Weld Fittings if required by clients.
